"We really enjoyed the apartment. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, we didn’t hear the neighbors at all, the entrance and the garden in the yard are beautiful, and there are two metro stations nearby (10–15 minutes on foot), making it easy to get to the center of Paris quickly. You can also walk to Montmartre in just 30 minutes. We spent a lot of time exploring the city each day, and it was always very easy to get both to the center and back home. A special thank you for the coffee capsules for the machine — it was such a pleasure to have our usual coffee in the morning."

"However, it's worth noting that the apartment is quite worn. The furniture - especially the dining table and sofa in the living room - as well as the doors, are stained and visibly used. The shower in the bathroom is not well maintained, and the lighting in the living room is rather dim. This was surprising to us, as we expected a newly built apartment block, no more than 1–2 years old. Apart from these issues, everything else was fine."
